Please contact us for details. Three, individually-designed properties in an idyllic setting on the banks of the River Tweed with fabulous 360° views. The properties are beautifully-presented, having been fully renovated and re-furbished earlier this year. They are extremely well equipped with all mod-cons including SKY TV and WiFi. Each has a garden with magnificent views of the river. A path leads down to the river and a network of fabulous walks. The properties are in a secluded, hamlet-style setting and are ideal for larger groups wishing to holiday together but maintain a degree of privacy. With this in mind, the dining room at School House has been designed to accommodate larger groups of up to 20 guests if required. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival with a home-made cake and breakfast goodies

A beautifully-presented farmhouse with magnificent river views, situated in an idyllic position on the banks of the River Tweed. The elegant interior is decorated in traditional, country house style and offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests with three double bedrooms each with their own bath or shower room. (A temporary bed is available on request to form a twin bedroom). The house has recently been fully renovated and re-furbished and is extremely well equipped with all ‘mod-cons’ including SKY TV and WiFi. Outside, the large garden is a perfect spot to sit and watch the river and its inhabitants including otter, birds and deer. From the garden is a path leading to the river and a network of fabulous walks. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival with a home-made cake and breakfast goodies. If you fancy a real break, a full or part time cook is available and delicious home-made meals can be delivered to the house. The perfect rural retreat for families and friends!

The charming, ancient towns of Berwick-upon-Tweed and Kelso are also nearby and Edinburgh is an easy day trip either 1¼ hours by car or 45 minutes on the train from Berwick.

  • Late-availability discounts are available to parties of four guests or less for £750 per week.

    Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, logs, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome hamper. A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the commencement of the booking. A £250 refundable security deposit is payable with balance. Full payment is due for bookings which take place within eight weeks. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit card or credit card. Credit card bookings are subject to a 2% fee to recover the charges made by the card companies.

Beautiful property with stunning views of the river. The decor was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. We tried fishing for the first time and were unsuccessful but had fun.
Great for a relaxing break. Our 8 year old, 6 year old and dog had a great time!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
