Casa Montecote is situated in La Muela, a quiet and beautiful rural area with exceptional views of the mountains surrounding Vejer. It is an oasis of peace and tranquillity where you can relax and recuperate. We offer a fully equipped apartment for 2 persons with living room, TV, Hifi, chimney, kitchen (4 fires), microwave, toaster, sleeping room with comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower and bidet, terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. A small private swimming pool, sauna, gym as well as massages and wonderful gardens invite you to enjoy your holidays. When you don’t like to cook there are 2 typical Ventas (restaurants) where you can at regional food good and cheap. The unspoilt surroundings offer excellent possibilities for horse riding and mountain biking. We are within easy reach of the magnificent white sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz as Conil at 5 miles, Caños de Meca/ Cap Trafalgar and El Palmar (surfer’s paradise) 7 miles approx.

Nearest motorway:   La Muela at 4 Kilometres
Nearest beach:   beach at 8.0 Kilometres

If you come by plane, we recommend that you take a charter flight to Jerez de la Frontera (1 hr), Sevilla (1 ½ hrs) or Malaga (2 1/2 hrs) or Gibraltar (1h) and rent a car. If you come from Sevilla or Jerez Tahe the autovia E 5 A 48 Costa de la Luz, exit no. 30 takes you direktly to La Muela. On the right hand site you will see Venta Rufino (bar-restaurant) take the dirtroad (700m) and follow the signs to Casa Montecote. If you come from Gibraltar or Malaga take the N-340 direction Algeciras/ Cadiz. at km 35 (Algeciras- Cadiz) is a road to La Muela (3 km). Once you are there, go to the bar 'Venta Rufino' (left hand site) and take the little road going uphill.
