This one bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is the perfect holiday rental. You’ll be walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops...only 10 minutes from Cannes/Antibes/Juan les Pins, 25 minutes from Nice, and 5 minutes from the motorway. Its location on the ground floor of a lovely house allows you to have total privacy and room to relax, not to mention private parking. There is a separate sitting area with TV, WIFI, and sofa bed, and a bedroom with 1 double or 2 twin beds. The kitchen has it’s own eating area and is recently renovated and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, and microwave. The spacious garden (with BBQ!) means lots of sunshine and eating outside. If you prefer to wander down to the beach for dinner, there is even a babysitter available on request.
