    WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYMENT IN US DOLLARS.

    All of the above rates are subject to a Florida Tourist Tax of 12%.
    A deposit of £200 per booking is required to confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The £200 will be deducted from the total balance payable.
    The balance of the rental plus a refundable security deposit of £200 is to be paid 10 weeks before the commencement of the booking period.
    Reservations made within 10 weeks of the commencement of the booking period, require full payment at the time of booking, plus a security deposit of £200.
    The security deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks after the end of the booking period, providing
    that a satisfactory inspection report is received from our local management company.
  • Optional pool heating is available for £50 per week. This is recommended for the cooler winter months.
  • We do NOT charge you to use the BBQ, or for the clean at the end of your stay, these are included in our rental rates!.

Beautiful villa in a restful setting

We have recently returned from a delightful stay in this lovely villa.Immaculate and tastefully furnished, there was everything you need to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.The pool in particular was a hit with the two younger members of our family as it is of a decent size rather then being a  'token ' pool that we have experienced in other villas.The villa is ideally located as within about 20 minutes, we could be by the  white sandy beaches or eating in one of the many restaurants close to hand. All in all, the villa was a great relaxing haven having been to the hectic Orlando for the first part of our trip.

A Wonderful 1st Time in Florida

"Florida!" I remember saying with some contempt when my partner suggested this holiday destination. It just goes to show how preconceptions are usally wrong, this part of Florida is idyllic. This part of the Gulf Coast is unspoilt and ideally located so that you are within comfortable reach of many of the main cities, attractions and airports. The vicinity of Rotonda West is a easy going, relaxed area, with friendly restaurants and stunning beaches. The Villa itself, is stunning! Everything is provided, apart from your clothes and food. This was my first time in Florida and I wanted a relaxing holiday as I was starting a new career after this holiday. I went with my partner and 2 other friends. Whilst there we met up with some other friends. The villa was perfect for entertaining and accommodating 7 adults comfortably. We also drove to Orlando and the Everglades and back in a day. Finally,the Gulf Coast breaks the stereo-type of Florida being "naff", it is a superb place to chill and enjoy the fabulous weather and lifestyle.

Great House great location

I have visited Florida many times staying both in hotels and villas, but this villa has to be one of the most elegantly decorated with everything which you need for a great holiday. The villa really is a home from home and would recommend it for a great holiday.

The villa is very spacious, all the bedrooms are of a great size and well furnished with the living and family areas carrying on with the spacious homely feel. The pool area is great for those lazy afternoons in the sun which always seems to be shining in the pool area. A surprise to me with this villa is the amount of extras which were included these included bikes, fishing rods, golf clubs, sun beds for the beach and loads of other little things which make a great stay.

There are many great golf courses in the area (and a lot more to explore) which cater for al sorts of golfers, just remember if a ball is in the water leave it there as the local wildlife can get a bit snappy.

In my two weeks at the villa I think I ate in ten or so different restaurants which were within a 20 minute drive and there were so many more to choose from.

Around 20 minutes away is a place called Boca Grande (forgive the spelling) and the beaches there are some of the best in the world, I saw dolphins there several times, it has a real Caribbean feel.

Overall brilliant villa and would recommend it to everyone and I could not fault it.

Hidden Gem

We visited Villa Shangri-la as the "quiet leg" of our honeymoon. We didnt really know what to expect as we had never visited this part of Florida before, but we were very pleasantly suprised. Not only is the villa located perfectly, within driving distance of beaches, shopping and sight seeing, but it really is a home from home.
The property is immaculate and we were wowed by the high standards, the owners seemed to have thought of everything that you may need whilst staying,even down to the table football outside which my husband loved!
Whilst staying there we would recommend doing as much as possible as it is quite tempting to laze by the side of the pool all day catching the sun, there is a hand book available to suggest what to do.
I really could rave all day about our holiday in the villa, but will end with.....a must!!
