Beautiful Beach Blonde ! An oceanfront home with a hot tub! This home is nicely furnished with the living, dining, kitchen and one master bedroom on the top floor. The other master bedroom with 2 other bedrooms are located on the first floor. The hot tub is located on the coverd oceanfront deck. The upper oceanfront sundeck is located off the living area and a soundview deck on the streetside. There are 5 flat screen TVs and 3 DVD players. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower & internet provided. Please note: The fireplace is unavailable to guests. 4 BR, 3 Baths/sleeps 12: 2K, 1Q, 2BB (4T), 1QSS. LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. (Rental linens include sheets for each bed listed, a set of towels for each person, a bath mat for each full bath, and a kitchen towel set). NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED. *Hot Tub waiver required *Tenant must purchase the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance for this property and choose Option 1 or 3
