Great wellness-apartment for short or long stay in Vienna. 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool and flat-screen, the other with a shower, a big living room with digital TV (100 programs), 2 little sleeping rooms and a modern kitchen. Washing machine, aircondition and central heating. The apartment is on the first floor, but it is not possible to look inside and with closed windows it is absolutely silent. There is a metro station in front of the door, that takes you in 5 minutes to the city center, where you can have all the Viennese cultural program. Right next door is also the Wiener Prater, the biggest recreation area in the city (the Viennese 'Hyde Park'). The apartment is top-refurbished, the house is average. The price is really good: 24 Euros / person with 4 people coming for a week in high season!

We highly recommend this apartment as it is 20 mins from the airport and very close to the city center. There is a metro station and a tram stop just 2 mins away, the apartment is very spacious, modern and equipped with all you might need including a super Jacuzzi and tv set in the main bathroom. Michail, the owner, is very friendly and helpful.

Very lucky to find the place, we enjoyed our stay a lot, Vienna is awesome!
The apt is very clean, nice, and spatial. Getting to Stephansplatz takes less than 10 minutes. Anyway, we preferred to go to wineries in the north of the city. . .

Wir haben eine Woche in Wien verbraucht und uns in der Ferienwohnung total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, das Haus selber ist schon sehr alt, was aber in der schönen Wohnung nicht stört. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, die Strassenbahn, die in die Innenstadt führt, ist gleich ums Eck. Alles in allem - eine gute und günstige Alternative zum Hotel. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!
