This very comfortable villa is in a great location - in a very quiet cul-de -sac but close by to the coves, beaches, shops and restaurants of Tamariu. The villa is on two levels the first floor has a sitting room, balcony with sea view, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and second balcony. The ground floor level is a separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc., combined dinning room and TV room with access to the large covered terrace, garden and pool. The gardens are very attractive and well maintained with plenty of areas to avoid or take the sun. The pool has walk in steps and also some hand holds. The house has been fitted out for some one with some walking difficulties - e.g. an electric bed, leverage handles in the toilet and shower room, ramps for a wheelchair etc. (please check for details if you require more information).

The villa is in a quiet cul-de -sac of 4 houses, the garden is private and has high hedges, there is a covered terrace area from the sitting room and also two terraces on the first floor - one with sea views. There is a small wood just opposite from which there is the most beautiful view and access via a mountain path down to the rocks below. There is a also the cove of Aigua Gelida a short walk away and the beach at Tamariu is 1.3 km (5 min. drive).
