Villa 'Alta Vista' is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava, the high class residential bay of Cala San Francisco in Blanes. The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning throughout the villa, an elevator to all 3 floors and pool area also for wheel chair access, security cameras and alarm system, steam room, cinema/guest room, 4 large bedrooms, dressing room, 4 bathrooms and a kitchenette, shower and toilet at pool level. Electric shades for all rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with american fridge, ceramic cooking plates, deep frying pan, oven, microwave, ´Jura´ coffee machine. The kitchen has direct access to the spacious balcony. You also have access to the private club in the bay with olympic size pool, tennis courts, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.
