Boasting arched windows this well appointed, spacious apartment with jarrah floors and high ceilings overlooks Degraves Street and Flinders Lane.

A juliet balcony adjoins the bedroom with ensuite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and a dishwasher.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful central part of Melbourne. Lots of fabulous eating and drinking places on your doorstep. Rodger and his brother were quick to respond to enquiries. Lovely bed linen and towels (although for girls with long hair an extra towel would be helpful). Well set up with cooking facilities, television, ipod docking station etc. We chose not to use the cooking facilities because eating out was so easy and amazing. Fantastic shopping on your door step or within easy tram distance. Melbourne people are some of the friendly most hospitable folk we have met in the world (save customs at the airport). We have already recommended this apartment to friends and have every intention of staying there again. A wonderful apartment of art deco charm suitable for a couple.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
