This completely, comfortably and tastefully furnished bungalow, built in 2001, line of vision southwest, lies in a very beautifully shaped garden above the village Candelária. There is an own driveway with gate. Ocean view into three directions from the house, mountain view towards the famous Vista do Rei .The property is very quiet situated, the neighbouring houses and streets are hardly visible. Distance to the mini market 600 m, to the bus stop on the main road it is 1 km, there are connections several times daily to the capital Ponta Delgada, 19 km. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower, 1 with shower), own swimming pool in the garden. Maximum occupation: 5 people. Ideal for friends of splendid nature and hiking, swimming, fishing, whale watching, sailing and diving. Many additional attractions in the appealing capital Ponta Delgada and on the whole island. Hot springs in near-by locations, sandy beach. Cordial contacts with the neighbour family (caretaker).

Our vacation villa lies idyllically in this splendid area just above the still very original Azorean village of Candelária. From the house, you can reach via a footpath through meadows and forest the highly famous viewpoint of Vista do Rei (king gaze). Many books and publications on our booksheld provide you with informations about numerous further travelling possibilities. One can shop on the spot or in the alive and attractive Azorean capital and port Ponta Delgada with its many historic buildings and parks worth visiting.

Ein dreiwöchiger Urlaub paradiesisch schön! Wir haben ein Urlaubsdomizil vorgefunden, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ideal für Ruhesuchende aber auch für Familien mit Kinder. Hier findet der Feriengast alles was sein Herz begehrt. Ein komfortables und gemütliches Ambiente verbunden mit einem riesigen parkähnlich angelegten Garten und dem unbeschreiblichen Blick auf den Atlantik lassen die Glückshormone nur so purzeln!

Bevor man die ganze Schönheit der Insel erkundet, sollte man sich in die im Haus bereitgestellte Literatur vertiefen. Eine Besonderheit ist die Bibliothek, die jedem Gast
zur Verfügung steht. Aber auch für die leichte Muße ist vorgesorgt und die Kids können sich mit allen Variationen von Spielen unterhalten. Selbst Badefreuden kommen nicht zu kurz.
Die perfekt eingerichtete Küche runden das Bild des nicht alltäglichen und außergewöhnlich schönen Ferienhauses ab.
