Sleeps 8/10. Luxury 4 bedroom elevated villa. Panoramic coastal views of Bolnuevo and the Spanish holiday resort of the port of Mazarron. Private swimming pool. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nearest town is 5 minutes by car.

Note:

Room fans in all bedrooms. UK satellite TV and hifi available in lounge. Security features include roller blind and security bars and locks on all windows. Double locks on external doors and safe.

Further Details:

For the shopaholics there are 2 large shopping centres 45 minutes and 60 minutes away. 2 Aqua parks and zoo 45 minutes. Historical places of interest to visit Lorca (Castle) 45 minutes, Cartagena (castle/port), Sierra Espuna (national park), nudist beach 10 minutes and for those wanting relaxation a visit to Fortuna spas is a must. Mini Hollywood 90 minutes away.

Booking Notes:

25% deposit on acceptance of booking, remainder paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable deposit of £100 for breakages and given back at the time of vacating the property.
