Penthouse apartment with 3 good bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and commanding views with large terraces for family BBQ or simply enjoying life 'al fresco' on sunbeds and loungers, in the sun or in the shade. Just a short walk down the hill to the beach where you will find fantastic beach bars, restaurants, supermarket, ice cream parlours and everything you need to have a great day on the beach - including scuba diving! Just a 15 minute walk, or 4 minute taxi rides, takes you right into the heart of Nerja and, with some 400 bars, restaurants, tapas houses, they compliment the huge variety of shops and stores that are sitting in the tiny cobbled roadways and side streets. Great for people watching. At night, sitting on your terraces or terraced dining room, you have one of the best views over the town and it absolutely fantastic watching the sun go down and seeing the glitter of lights start to appear over the tiny streets of Nerja and the surrounding mountain villages. It is very memorable!

Set on the hillside, 400 metres from Burriana beach with stunning views to the sea, mountains and overlooking the whole town of Nerja. The famous & fantastic Nerja caves are nearby. There are many beaches in the town of Nerja and centrally situated is the Balcon of Europe - hanging over the sea with panoramic views around the Nerja bay. Les than 90 minutes away is Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace with it's stunning buildings, gardens and views across Granada. The cathedral in Granada is amazing and of course you are only a few kilometres from the peaks of Sierra Nevada ski slopes. The area is dotted with little white villages clinging to the slopes of the mountains behind Nerja. The town sits on the cliffs between the seas and the tremendous peaks of the Sierra Almijara. It is beautiful! For walkers, climbers, divers, horse riding, water sports, eating out, or just chilling on the 10 or more beaches in the area - this IS the place to enjoy your holidays - whoever you are!

  • There is a large double in the main bedroom and twins in both the other rooms that can be either left as twins or ordered as doubles. Cot & High chair are available for young children. There is air-conditioning to one bedroom. The others have a good through ventilation by opening the doors to the terraces and the high positioning of the property allows a good flow of air through the property. There are of course good ceiling fans and portable fan units if required. With doors open there is the security of grills so there is no need to worry about children leaving the building or bedrooms to the outside.
