Bright, sunny and immaculate apartment in Costa Ballena, between the towns of Rota and Chipiona, overlooking a 18- hole golf course and 400 metres from the beach. Balcony and large roof terrace to enjoy the open views. Large well equipped kitchen. 2 double / twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Living room with TV and CD Player. The complex has secured entry, underground car park and well kept gardens. Swimming pool and tennis court available to residents only. There are local bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Short drives to many lovely towns and sherry wineries such as Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlucar and El Puerto. Fantastic sea food restaurant and authentic Andalucian culture.
