Great House for a Large Group!

We moved to this property from a smaller place and were happy to be here! I don't believe there is a King bed, but a Queen or two, some Double beds and 1 twin (there were more beds than we needed so I am not 100% sure about the number and sizes). I didn't see air conditioning but we were happy to find ceiling fans in every room and were able to stay quite comfortable in July. We enjoyed the kitchen, which was equipped with almost everything we needed, including a full-sized fridge, oven, electric stove and microwaves. The grounds were nice, and include a kids swing set and slide, porch swing, hammock and chairs. We had hoped to use the charcoal grill until we learned of a burn ban in the area prohibiting such. The creek was nice, but future guests should beware of a neighbor just down the creek who DOES NOT allow people to walk on her property by the creek even though it appears inviting. We did see deer and chipmunks on the premesis. The out buildings were not furnished or currently set up for use and were just used as storage at this time.
