The strenght of the apartment is the location that is one of the best in Rome. It is an elegant and confortable little loft, on the fourth floor (with lift from the first floor) of a 1600 palace. It is just behind Piazza di Spagna, in the hearth of Roma Barocca. The sunnyand bright apartment, has been completely renovated and very well furnished, equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, microwave. It has a wooden floor, that make the flat original and charming. The furniture is in modern style, very functional and comfortable. The apartment can fit up to 4 people and consist of an entrance, a little living room with kitchen corner, dining area and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is an open space with a double bed and a single pouff bed. The apartment is perfect for a family or vey close friends

This area is also the liveliest spot in Town and the apartment is surrounded by fashion boutiques, shops, outdoor cafès and restaurant.From this strategic place, in only few minutes walking, you can get other extraordinary and famous places as Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, Fontana di Treviand many monumental Churches. Within easy walking distance are also Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Campidoglio, Colosseum and Imperial Forums. Cross the bridge on the Tiber River and Castel Sant'Angelo and San Pietro's Basilica are at reach and Trastevere is just a short walk away. You really don’t need public transports because you are in the hearth of Rome, near everything
