Please email Eileen for our new video link for Flamingo Palms. Our newly built family home lies overlooking a picturesque lake. It is beautifully decorated & furnished. The South West facing screened heated pool (size 24 by 14) for the sun worshiper with a spa that has seating for 8 is ideal for early evening cocktails to watch the sunset. There is a shaded patio area outside the lounge doors that can be used for barbecues and alfresco dining with seating for 6, also a bar area for sun downer drinks next to the spa overlooking the lake. We have poolside landscape lighting to watch the pelicans feeding on the lake. Plus ceiling fans under the lanai, the pool and Spa have night lighting. Our private gated community provides communal pool, clubhouse, play area, is situated 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from the Gulf beaches and elegant shops and restaurants of Olde Naples. This villa is very near the beach. There are 2 bikes in the villa for guests to use also 3 bedrooms have their own TV.

  • The above prices are fully inclusive of all sales tax, tourist taxes and departure cleaning. US Dollars are also accepted. A Security deposit of 200GBP is required. Discounts are available for longer rental periods.

    imposed on us by the 'home-owners association' this money is paid by us to them and is mandatory.

Notes: Our Executive family home has a Master bedroom with a Fourposter King size bed en suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower in the main suite The bedroom has access to the pool area through large patio doors with views over the lake.There is a 20'flat screened TV The second bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom/shower. It also has access to the pool area through patio doors. The third bedroom has twin beds with an adjoining bathroom. The fourth suite at the front of the villa has its own door from the lounge with a double bedroom and its own bath/shower room. There is a crib/cot available The villa is ideal for couples or families. The living room (lounge with formal dining area) and family room (with seating for 8). The breakfast area in the kitchen is very convenient with seating for 4. Further Details : Elegant Naples is a shoppers paradise with numerous designer shops and elegant boutiques The Village in Venetian Bay and Pelican Bay thro to Third Street South all pedestrian friendly. Naples has 10 miles of sugar sand beaches with dazzling sunsets, There is also boating, crusing and fishing from Olde Naples Pier. Dining in Naples ranges from Gourmet to Al Fresco or family dining too numerous to mention. Marco, Captive and Sanibel Islands are easily assessable also the Everglades The Keys, Fort Myers, and Sarasota. Orlando (Disney Resorts) is two and half hours drive away.Publix and Wyn Dixey are 10 minutes drive from the gate. Please contact us for details of or webpage. Fly to Fort Myers: Fort Myers Airport is approximately 35 miles from our villa and this is an easy drive down 175. The airport provides a warm and relaxed welcome to South West Florida. Miami Airport is approximately one and half hours drive away and Orland Airport is about four hours drive away. From November 2004 we understand that Delta Airlines will be flying twice a day from Atlanta into Naples Airport just 10 minutes drive away from Briarwood Gated Community.

Golf: Some of South West Florida's most prestigious clubs are in the Naples area. Beautiful public courses include Palm River, Naples Heritage, Naple Beach Hotel, Marriott at Marco, Marco Shores, Ironwood High Point, Hibiscus. These are all stunning challenging courses. All advertise club rental if required. Check with individual courses for costs and bookings.

We fall in love with the property before we arrived. All the pictures and the video was great. But pictures doesn't do the justice so when we arrived it was even better then we thought.
Villa is very spacious, very nicely furnished and decorated.
The class wall to the swimming pool was a great idea.
Dan and I loved our suite with walk out to the swimming pool, spacious bedroom and bathroom which gave us privacy from kids and our other party.
Kids had their separate quarter, where they enjoy their own bathroom and bedroom and walk out the the pool. The heated pool was the key of our Spring break. They absolutely loved it and spend there most of the time.
The deck with swimming pool looked like a resort itself with lawn chairs, tables and grill. We love the privacy and a lake view.
The third suite was beautiful with private bathroom.
We had such a great vacation and very nice family time.
Thank you very much for letting us use your villa and looking forward to come back in future.

Lovely villa in Naples in safe gated community

Our family had a great time at this comfortable and well presented villa. It has great dining facilities (both indoor and outdoor) and has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation.
Naples itself is lovely with pleasant shops and lots of places to eat. The beaches are fantastic and great for little ones to play in the wonderful white sand.
Eileen and Geoff are so helpful and really go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. I would certainly recommend this villa to friends and family.

'Home Away From Home

Just got back from Naples, after staying at Flamingo Palms. We had a Wonderful time. The Villa is spacious and well equipped. Our children learnt to swim in the pool, so it will hold special memories for us...
The location of Flamingo Palms, was excellent. It is down a quiet cul-de-sac, the only passing traffic being security.
The Local services such as the Publix Supermarket were excellent. Lobster tails for $5, you can't go wrong!
Try the Irish bar down fifth for breakfast... Corned-beef hash is just legendary.
We ill be back next year. Thanks Eileen and Geoff...

Bliss!!

Easter 2009; My family and I (2 adults, 2 children age 11 and 8) have just returned home from 2 weeks in sunny Naples. We have had one of our best holidays to date, the Villa was no less than perfect, every description was accurate, and the most important element to us was that it is one of the best posistioned Villas on Briarwood with regards to the pool being southerly facing, and the only Villa with Palms trees that were lit in the evenings, fabulous! the best restaurant that we ate in for breakfast treats and lunch (doesn't open in the evenings) was 'Firstwatch' and Publix supermarket was the best.
Eileen gave the best customer service - a lovely lady! thank you Eileen x

Restful Vacation

We had an amazing time at "Flamingo Palms". The house is beautiful and just as described by the owner. Every convenience was available which added to a quiet, restful vacation. Since we were traveling with 3 senior citizens with disabilities, we appreciated the layout of the house where everything was accessible to all family members. While at the house, we spent the majority of the time at the pool deck enjoying the delightful setting, swimming in the warm pool and having cookouts. Being part of the gated community was a plus although the area in and around Naples, including Briarwood was very safe and comfortable. The house is a quick trip to the beaches and ocean where parking was plentiful and handicap ramps and pavilions are availble, but go early! We enjoyed having a cooler and chairs available to take with us to the beach. The Bonefish Grill, Handsome Harry's and the Irish Pub were our favorite places to dine. We also drove through the everglades and saw alligators in the wild and took a boat ride with the National Park Service. The owner is very patient answering questions and quick to respond to e-mails. If I had 1 thing to add or change, I would offer a larger TV and seating area. But let's face it, when in Florida, enjoy the sunshine and warmth and watch television when you go home again! This house is perfect for a family get-a-way and I certainly recommend it to anyone.
