Free welcome food pack, free solar pool heat

Our family stayed here for 6 nights in June 2012 and 11 nights in July 2012 (we cruised the Caribbean in between) and we loved it.

The house is extremely comfortable and very well equipped for a stay away from home. Even little things like heaps of towels and more than enough coat hangers have been thought of by the owners. The air conditioning and ceiling fans helped to keep things comfortable in the hot, humid Florida summer, as did the lovely swimming pool.

At Juliesvilla, you are close to all the Disney Parks (Animal Kingdom is the closest at under 15 mins) as well as the other attractions and shopping that Central Florida has to offer. You are about 30 mins drive from Orlando International Airport, 75 mins from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal and 90 mins from St Petersburg.

We visited Publix Supermarket (about 10 mins away) for most of our shopping - a bit cheaper and a better range than Winn Dixie, which is a little closer. The Super Target (across the road from Publix) was also a good choice for supplies, as well as for very inexpensive Disney souvenirs (a limited range, but some prices were less than half what you paid at Disney).

The property is very clean and well maintained and the welcome pack is a nice touch, particularly as we had made the long trek from Australia to holiday in Florida.

We'd highly recommend Juliesvilla for a comfortable, well appointed and value for money accommodation option if you're staying in Central Florida.

Just returned from an amazing stay in this lovely villa situated in a beautiful setting with a stunning entrance to the resort. It was so nice we decided to have some our wedding photos taken by the fountains. The villa is well equipped for everything you will need fo a comfortable stay, even to inflatables for the pool. Nick the villa owner, was so helpful providing recommendations for car hire, websites to buy theme park tickets, even gave us help in finding suitable restaurant to have a post wedding celebration meal. He really couldnt have been more helpful. Many thanks to you a your wife for renting out your lovely home. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Excellent accommodation within minutes of the Disney parks. This accommodation provides excellent facilities for families with children, with a real home from home feeling. The vills was very clean, tidy and well maintained. It was well equipped with everything from towels to games for all ages of children. The welcome pack was an excellent touch from the owner as it provided the essentials to get you started if you arrive late. The pool is a great size with safety netting for families with younger children. The location provides easy access to the local shops & malls with a huge variety of restaurants, which are easy to access on the way home from the parks. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family as it provides excellent value for money. The owner provided excellent customer service with lots of helpful information to assist us with our holiday. We will definitely use this villa again.
