This nicely furnished, newly remodeled unit lends itself to families or couples. Unit #1 is the end unit of a one level triplex. Located on the quiet end of downtown, you can walk to Everything! Just 4 blocks from historic Prescott's shops, restaurants, businesses and conveniently close to some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails in the area.This property has recently been added as a vacation rental. Our comfortable 840 sq. ft. floor plan includes two bedrooms, one bath, a large living area, eat-in kitchen, with lots of handy kitchen tools, and dinnerware. Each bedroom comes with a nice comfortable queen bed and luxurious sheets that allow for restful sleeping, there is also a twin cot available on request for an additional $10.00 per night. There is covered parking available for one car and additional parking for guests that might swing by.

Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
