Beautiful One-level Gulf access pool home located in the popular Yacht Club area fully equipped, completely updated 3BDRM/2BA home. The home features 1 Queen Size Bed in the Master and 2 Twin Beds in the other two rooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. Our well stocked kitchen overlooks the living room, pool & lanai areas to take in some of the most beautiful sunsets one can imagine. Enjoy a few board games or watch T.V. in the oversized living room or relax outside on the screened lanai complete with pool overlooking the water. No need to search for a laundry mat, we have a full-sized washer and dryer are at your disposal. The Master bath has a private shower and the second bath includes a full-sized tub and shower. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic on the cul-de-sac. The house comes with a 5,000lb. boat lift. Sorry, due to severe allergies we do not allow pets.
About Sue

We are from a large family that puts sunny Florida on their popular vacation destinations. Instead of overfilling our home in Naples we overflow the beach house in Cape Coral with friends and family! Originally from Chicago and Northwest Indiana we left the snow for the sun and sand. The Cape Coral home is our getaway place when things get crowed in Naples. We invite guests to find out for themselves how relaxing and stress free the 'Cape' can be. We personally oversee that your stay will be inviting and that our place will entice you to come back year after year.

Why Sue chose Cape Coral

There are plenty of places to choose from in Cape Coral but, the key is to get a place on the water with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico or better yet, sailboat access! Isn't that why you look for a place in Florida...water, sand and sun? By land, access nearby cities of Ft. Myers and Naples, by sea it's a 30 minute ride to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

What makes this house unique

You will find that Cape Coral attracts many tourists from around the country and world! You can enjoy the smells of walking into Paesano's Italian Market, check out the many festivals and fairs along Cape Coral Parkway or enjoy a beer at 'Oktoberfest'. Stroll in and out of antique shops or if you prefer, check out Miromar Outlet mall with over 140 designer stores! We are only a couple hours away from the many popular vacation destinations such as Disney World, Busch Gardens, Lego Land and Universal Studios. Check out our beaches or take in a Twins or Red Sox game during Spring Training. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
