The upper level leather furniture gives an elegant, allergy free place to watch Blu-ray or keep the conversation going as you prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. You'll enjoy views of expansive lawns and birds while dining. A four piece bathroom equipped with hairdryer, and romantic queen master bedroom with lots of closet space are also on the upper level.
The entry level den has a day and trundle bed that sleeps two with a glimpse of the Pelee Island Ferry out the window.
The lower level presents like the interior of a luxury yacht. Spacious sailcloth sectional and chaise allow you to totally relax in this cozy carpeted area with another dining area. You can enjoy the beautiful garden patio through the large patio door or by going outside to enjoy the sunshine, flowers, and birds while sipping your favourite beverage or barbecuing on the natural gas barbecue. The lower level bedroom has a garden view and boutique accessories.
A three piece bath with hairdryer and a separate laundry are also on the lower level. Two beach chairs and towels are just inside the garage door ready for your walk to Seacliff Beach or drive to Point Pelee National Park beaches. A Point Pelee National Park family pass is provided free of charge to our renters.
A small town experience can be enjoyed by parking your car upon arrival and walking to golf, beach, park, restaurants, and shopping.
A free family pass to Point Pelee NATIONAL PARK allows guests to visit as many times as they wish to enjoy beaches, biking and hiking trails. The garden patio at the townhouse is home to many birds. The MARINA at the end of our street has gorgeous sunsets, concerts, outdoor giant movies, art shows, and children's play area. Continue down the promenade to Seacliff BEACH and splash pad. Restaurant options and delicious ice cream cones are steps away. Also just down the street is the public Erie Shores GOLF and Country Club, 18 holes, with an excellent restaurant (Flamingo's).
Venture further to fresh produce stands, tropical gardens and vineyards along the Heritage Highway. Leave your car at the townhouse and walk to catch the PELEE ISLAND FERRY to enjoy a day on the island to bike, hike and enjoy nature. Return home that day to air conditioned comfort and luxury bedding at the townhouse. Thirty minutes drive on Highway 3 takes you to Windsor and to the Ambassador bridge to Detroit. Many festivals occur in the county every weekend April through October.
