A beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow with 2 full baths and year around sunroom sleeps 6. Has upper deck and lower deck for your enjoyment of the lake. wireless internet, cable, central air. Great for outdoor barbque on your private beach. Fort Gratiot Lighthouse is only 1 mile south. Park is also located 1 mile south adjacent to the Lighthouse.When you step outside the front door you see nothing but beautiful beach and blue water.
About Joseph Carpenter and Lisa Carpenter

I am a Pharmacist currently working in Michigan and have lived in Port Huron for the last 30 years. I have been transfered to a new location for work ohterwise I would be enjoying the beach.

The couple who owned the property before me I had known as a child. When the family had to move they asked if I was interested in purchasing the property.

What makes this bungalow unique

I feel in love with the spot on the lake because you can see the ships and actually see the props of the ships turning as they head out into the lake.

Located on the most beautiful shore line of Lake Huron near the Blue Water Bridge. Where you can observe all the boating activities and shipping that goes on in the lake. Birdseye view of all the sailboats that take part in the Port Hron to Mackinaw race. The bridge to Canada is only 3 miles away. The sunrises are spectacular over Lake Huron which just happens to be your front yard.

Perfect location and beautiful area

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. To look out the back door and see the beauiful lake and beach was just awesome. Our boys loved every minute of staying there and want to go back!! The property itself could use a bit of updating, but really it had everything we needed and more. The neighbors were lovely people who adored our boys. We were less than an hour from Detroit and were able to take in a ball game at Comerica Park with our boys! Lisa and Joe were great, and everything was ready for when we got there. We would absolutely recommend this property, and hope to go back in the future!
