Nestled in a tranquil Mokuleia neighborhood, newly remodeled and fully furnished studio duplex is in a great location to enjoy Hawaii's best coastline. Great for people on a budget wanting to experience country living on the north shore. Only a few minutes away from an exclusive secluded beach, this home offers highly preferred access to the North Shore's best surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and fishing, with horse-back riding, glider rides, skydiving, hiking, and mountain biking just minutes away. In addition to a short drive, a bicycle path connects your home to convenient shopping and to historical Waialua/Haleiwa town. Calendar is not accurate so please send an inquiry for availability.

About Eric

When Anna and John first moved to Mokuleia it was nothing but dirt roads and sugar cane fields. Located on the property is Mokuleia Landscape and Nursery which John started 25 years ago and continues to thrive. One of the few plant nurseries left on the island. Anna is also owner of Waialua Bakery situated in the heart of Haleiwa. Home of the best smoothies and sandwiches on the island.

Eric purchased this studio in 1970

Situated directly across the street from the beach and only a few minutes walk to beach access. Not to mention one of the most beautiful and serene beaches on the island. This is where you come to experience true paradise.

What makes this studio unique

All the amenities of a historical surf town 15 minutes away via bike path or automobile. Serenity of country life. Tucked into an active fruit tree orchard, you'll see and taste the fresh fruits and vegetables that we provide our family bakery in Haleiwa.

Would have never been able to afford to stay in mokuleia if it wasn't for this place. Amazing price for an amazing location. Can't wait to come back!
