PRIVATE LARGE GARDEN STUDIO

Everything about my stay here was perfect. The apartment was easily accessible and just a few short blocks from public transportation. Both the written descriptions and the photographs reflected the attributes of the apartment spot on. The studio offered a private retreat and a home-like atmosphere. The owner, Ron, was readily available by phone to answer any questions and was very gracious. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several good eateries, ethnic markets, and fresh organic produce stands just short walks away. The kitchen featured all new appliances and was very user friendly. There was a laundromat just up the street, as well as a convenient little corner store. I would definitely want to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San
Francisco, whether for business or pleasure.

I stayed here for 10 days and loved it. I was travelling over for work in the valley. This place was a great location if you want to be in the heart of the Mission district, but in a very quiet and safe area. All the best coffeeshops, restaurants and take aways are within 5 or 6 blocks walk so you are really spoilt for choice. I was delighted to see that Noe valley was also only up the road about 6 or 7 blocks. Worth the walk. Gorgeous little main street. Being so close to the 24th Street BART was perfect for heading into the city. I also rented a Zipcar one day as there was a depot around the corner on Mission/ Ceasar Chavez.
The amenities in the studio are excellent. There is everything from cooking equipment to bin bags to face towels.

The studio was very clean, tidy and catered for everything I needed. There was also a decent selection of tv channels. It was not cluttered with personal effects and there was LOTS of wardrobe space. It was secure with external and internal locking doors.

Rony was an excellent host- responded quickly and very friendly, but gave me the space to have the place to myself which I appreciate.

The only very minor note is that I didn't figure out how to lock the internal door until late in the stay (as a European, not used to those type of locks) but this was more of a user error! A one-liner of how to lock in the welcome note would be helpful.

I would recommend this for a couple exploring the area or a single person on business. Check out La Taqueria on Mission Street for an authentic, cheap and awesome Mexican experience. The Old Jerusalem Mediterranean restaurant was also very close and really tasty!

It was a bit cold outside to warrant sitting out on the balcony... but was so lovely to have this space. Next time I will return and sit out in the sun trap.

This studio was everything we hoped for. The location is great. It's near BART, a block away from Valencia (excellent restaurants, coffee places, etc.), and not far from Dolores Park, Tartin, and other attractions in the Mission district. The studio is large, attractive, and very well equipped. We stayed for only a few nights, but it's set up to accommodate much longer term stays. The owner, Ron, was great to deal with: prompt, friendly, and very helpful. And the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely return.
