In Casa Musa there are 4 bedrooms in total (2 up- and 2 downstairs) for a maximum of 8 persons, 2 bathrooms (1 up and 1 down), a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Separate doors for entering downstairs where there are 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. All rooms have sea- and as well mountain views. Full width glass doors lead from the living area and the two main bedrooms onto spacious covered and open terraces with seating for alfresco dining or relaxing. Casa Musa is overlooking a large swimming pool (50 m3with terrace and shower. The pool area also have panoramic sea- and mountain views. Since the house is situated in a protected area, electricity is produced by Casa Musas own power station in a separate location. Electricity is produced by a top modern generator, which only runs a few hours a day to provide electricity for 24 hours via 12 large batteries. Hot water comes from a solar system and gas heater.

Casa Musa is a new built house in the protected mountains west of Altea - in the province of Alicante on Costa Blanca. On the doorstep you will find spices like wild pepper and rosemary and exciting walking tours, biking and horse riding into the forests and mountains, where animals like wild rabbits live. Take a breathtaking walk to the nearest village 'Callosa den Sarrià' in an hour, or reach top rated sandy beaches, theme parks, metropolitan shopping (Benidorm, Calpe) and wonderful whitewashed villages (Altea, Castle of Guadalest) within 15 - 30 minutes by car.

  • Payment Conditions for full house rentals in 2010:
    Price is exclusive of electricity and water consumption, which will be paid directly when you are here - according to actual use. If you are 8 persons you should count on about 40 Euros per week for electricity and about 60 Euros a week for water (You do not pay for heating the water, since it is heated by a solar system). How much you would have to pay depends of course on how much electricity and water you use. Final cleaning is not included. You can either do it yourself or pay 200 Euros for the cleaning.

  • he advance payment of the reservation is 30% of the total cost

    The remaining balance is due for payment 30 days before arrival.


    Payment by bank transfer or by major credit cards. Credit card fee is 3,5 %. (More information when booking).

    A deposit of 400 Euros (in cash) has to be paid on receiving the keys. This sum will act as a guarantee that the client will treat the fixtures and furnishings of the rental property with care and consideration during the rental period. On the departure day when returning the keys, the deposit will be refunded in full if there has been no damage.
  • Cancellation policy
    Cancellation more than 61 days prior to the start of the rental period: 15% of the total costs.

    Cancellation between 60-31 days prior to the start of the rental period: 30% of the total costs.

    Cancellation 30-0 days prior to the start of the rental period: 100% of the total costs.
