Photos and Description of the Iceland vacation rental Small 42 fm summerhouse, can sleep 6.

The summerhouse is 42 square meters, with 1 bedroom there can sleep 4 people in one double sleeping sofa and 1 'upstairs downstairs' cot there can sleep 2 persons (kids ??) - one in upper and one in lower. Then there is the living room and there is small sofa and chair, dining table and chairs, and a newly sleeping sofa (sofa that can in simple way made to sleeping bed for two) this is indeed a small house, but it can comfortably sleep 6 persons in all. There is a small toilet/ shower and the kitchen is part of the living room area. This all can be seen in pictures. This house have been privately owned for decades and used only by the owner family and this is first time the owner is willing to rent out the house.

Nearest Beach: beach at 15.0 Metres
Car: necessary
Nesvik is located about 30 kilometers from Reykjavik and its unique location i facing Reykjavik in panorama view across the sea from the other side of bay. The surroundings of the private summerhouse is ( as seen in pictures) is the beach ( only ca.20 meters) and unspoiled nature with very much and various birdlife. There are a lot of walking and sightseeing possibility and this location is very private ( next houses and other activity is about 1 kilometers away) . General other tourist attractions are various as can be found out under other activity in Reykjavik area ( tourist information on internet). There is a small food store and a petrol station about 1 kilometer away, but nearest supermarkets and bigger activity is about 12-13 minutes drive towards Reykjavik, this is called Mosfellsbaer.
