Situated in the pretty area of Font de Sa Cala, this stunning villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people and benefits from a fabulous location and breath taking sea views. Refurbished in 2009 to a very high standard, the villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people, and has 4 en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and benefits from its own Romeo and Juliet style balcony. The living area is light, airy and modern, and features a large picture window that looks onto the heated, chlorine free, infinity pool (10 X 4.5 meters) There is a large terrace area around the pool perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The villa is equipped and furnished to a very high specification. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, fan oven and large American style fridge freezer. There is a choice of 2 outside eating areas both furnished with high quality teak furniture, to ensure you can dine in style whilst enjoying the breathtaking views.

This is a beautiful area with stunning scenery and beautiful blue flag beaches. The villa is located only 60 meters from the blue waters of the Mediterranean, and has stunning views of cala ratjada and the light house. Sometimes you can even see Menorca from the villa. Within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car there is a beautiful blue flag sandy beach which is gently shelving and perfect for making sand castles. There is also a small selection of restaurants and shops, and a mini train to take you directly into the larger resort of Cala Ratjada, whihc is less than 10 minutes by car. Cala Ratjada is a pretty harbour town, with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. There is also a traditional market every Saturday morning.
