Take a stroll to the beach with your coffee and begin your day watching the sun rise on our beautiful beach. Our home has been in our family for 20 yrs and is on the most desirable drive in Ormond by the Sea . Our beach home on Capistrano Drive is quiet and completely safe with awesome neighbors.

Inside is modern and has 3 bdrms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. WE are entirely pet friendly - please DO bring your 4 legged well behaved family members. The back and side yards are completely fenced for their enjoyment.

WE have stocked our home well and want you to feel right at home when you stay with us . We have big screen tv and fireplace in the living room, smaller tvs in each bedroom. Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a Queen and 3rd Bedroom also has a Queen.

The kitchen is complete with coffemaker with grinder for fresh ground coffee in the am. dishwasher, blender, crockpot, You will find everything you might need to fix a family dinner.You can also choose to BBQ out back in the fenced in back yard and picnic on the screened in back patio.

The 2 car garage will safely store your cars, motorcycles,boats or water craft while you take off sight seeing.

Absolutley the most beautiful, quiet, private and peaceful no -drive on beach is on one end of Capistrano Drive. On the other end watch Sailboats go by or launch your own vessel in the Intercoastal. Our privately owned 3 bdrm/2 bath/double car garage beach house is on the most desirable street in Ormond By The Sea. Fully equipped with everything from fishing poles, to gas grill, to fireplace in the winter months we want you to enjoy your stay and come back each yr to stay in our home. The beach is absolutely wonderful, the house is modern ,the Ormond By the Sea community is safe and quiet when you are home but also very close to all of the excitement found in Daytona,Orlando,Flagler and St Augustine. Come and stay at our beach house on Capistrano and you will love each and every day.

My husband and I rented this house to stay during our daughter's wedding. Little did we dream the house would become the destination site! Even the best laid plans can fall apart,and they did; but within 30 minutes we converted it from a lovely house to a cozy wedding venue.
The house is very comfortable, well laid out, and perfect for a family. For the first time ever, we took our small dog, She loved it. She tried to find a hole in the fence, but never could. We knew we would have grandchildren in and out, but we had close to 20 people in the house to day of the wedding. Enough seating for all. Highly recommend and hope to return ourselves - without a wedding.

This house is exactly as the pictures show. No surprises. And loved that it was very easy and comfortable to stay in. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Convenient location. We spent alot of time up on Flagler Beach where we could take our dog and even found a restaurant with 'dogie dining". The Ocean View and the food was excellent, Flagler Beach also has a great Farmer's Market on Fridays and Saturdays. Not much more I can say except I am already looking forward to returning next February.

Nice beach property in Ormond bu the Sea. Less than a 10 minute walk to a great beach that is not crowded, a minute walk to a small dock on the Inter-coastal. Nice quiet neighborhood. House is clean with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. Pictures posted are an accurate representation of the property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the fenced backyard for our dog. Wonderful to enjoy a fresh tangerine from the tree!

If you are visiting with your dog a short drive up to Flager Beach is where you can walk your pet, North or South of the pier. About 30 minutes to the south of Ormand Beach is New Symtra Beach and Sand Dunes Park which is wonderful for an afternoon out with your dog.

In the area are lots of State Parks for nature walks, Our favorite restaurant was Alfies, about 5 mins away, serves a wonderful breakfast and Haddock special on Thursday.

If we are in the area would stay again.

Biketoberfest vacation

We come every year for biketoberfest and I have to say this is my favorite place we have stayed. The house is in a great location. Close to the loop for lovely riding, and close to activities in Daytona. We were able to walk straight up the street to the beach, which was wonderful. No crouds. The house listing was exactly as described and the photos were up to date. We found the house cleaned and well maintained. The owner was quick to respond to my emails and txt messages. She was able to recommend some very good restaurants. The Golden Lion has wonderful fish tacos. We would most definately recommend this vacation house to everyone, and we have already booked for next biketoberfest and may think about staying again for summer vacation.
