The house is a contemporary house, situated in aix en Provence. In one of the most beautiful country district from the city, the famous ' les Pinchinats ', 0,5 miles from the first park to visit the historic center. This house benefits of a very green garden, quiet atmosphere and charming country side . There is one swimming pool in the heart of nature and a large wood terrace. 4 bedrooms each with a double bed and three bathrooms. The large living room, the kitchen and the dining room have a garden view. The property is very quiet and secure, the house is new so all appliances are modern. Hudges windows let the light comes inside the house.

Neighbours are really friendly and the place is secure and quiet. Bus line easy. Only 5 minutes: grocery store, bakery, butcher shop and Aix's historical center. Country hike is near too. From the house the highway is easy to reach. Within half of an hour drive, you can drive to Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Alpilles, Luberon and les Baux de Provence. The famous clifs Calanques are 1 hour drive as well as Marseille 30 mn. Within a 2 hours drive, you can go to the French Riviera, Camargue, Nice, Monaco or the Alps. You can also visit near the house, charming Provencal villages and Sainte Victoire Mountain which was made famous by the painter Cézanne. Aix also offers elegant cafés and many vibrant town squares with artistic fountains and has more than 100 restaurants.'The most Italian town of France' is really a jewel.

We always arrange a friend to meet you when you arrive and we have all guides book with the most beautiful places to visit . From our house, you can explore Aix en Provence quite conveniently and enjoy all its main points of interest of this city : pedestrian street, historical center, outdoors markets and the thermal baths, Cézanne house, museums.

We wrote a procedure book to use all our appliances and a friend,who speaks English is available. A listing of our best address for restaurant, wineries, shops and sightseeing.A lot of guide books are at your disposal.

Un sejour au top, a great stay

Nous avons passé en famille une excellente semaine à deux pas du centre historique d'Aix en Provence tout en étant au calme avec un maison au design moderne et épuré, très tendance. L'exposition de la maison nous permet de profiter du soleil à toutes les heures de la journée et la piscine a ravi nos adolescents.
Nous recommandons chaudement cet havre de paix offrant tout le confort souhaité même par les plus exigeants d'entre nous.
We have spent a great time with our teenegers, located near from the center of Aix en Provence. Nevertheless the place was very quiet with a recent and modern confort house, a great garden with its nice swimming pool. do not hesitate ! use the best way to visit Aix and the arounds.

J'ai loué cette maison avec ma famille l'été dernier et nous avons passé des vacances de rêve:la maison est très agréable,lumineuse ,très confortable et l'on s'y sent à l'aise très vite. Nous avons beaucoup profité de l'extérieur,terrasse,piscine,barbecue,transats ....La campagne aixoise est magnifique et la proximité d'Aix en Provence est très appréciable ;N'hésitez pas,il n'y a pas de fausse note .Je l'ai d'ailleurs recommandé à des amis pour cet été

The best kept secret !

We had a very delightful stay at Les Pinchinats. The villa is exquisite, very spacious, clean and offers a great homy feel. The outdoor lounge overlooking the landscape and its awesome pool was a daily delight. The hosts Christine & Éric (very nice people !) were very accomodating and provide us with lots of helpful informations on the area. Aix-en-Provence is a gem, gorgeous city with tons of things to do and explore. We can't wait to go back in Provence and at Les Pinchinats. A wonderful experience ! Highly recommended.
