CHARMING BEAUTIFUL VILLA AT SAYAN, UBUD

Pondok Wahyu is a charming tropical villa located just 8 minutes driving from the center of Ubud. This villa has 7 bedrooms total in 5 separated buildings through out the land that is sloping slightly to meet the edge of a beautiful river jungle valley. The property itself has a wide parking area and a garage for two cars parking in, the gate is made of red bricks compiled very neatly with some old tree trunks designed on the top wrapped by some green vines growing around the gate, this gives the natural touch that welcomes you before you step in to the villa wide green fore garden part. The villa buildings are mostly constructed with recycled woods since most of the villa buildings are geladak or deck style. The first two deck houses are the first three bedrooms at the villa. When you enter the villa, on the right side you will find the first building that has two bedrooms, these two bedrooms are connected with a small bridge over a small pond. This first building has two double bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults, the rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan and the outdoor shower. The ceiling fan is chosen instead of air conditioner since the owners concern more on the healthy environment and designing an Eco-friendly villa. Right across the first deck building, stands the second deck that is two stories building with one double bedroom on the first floor, this bedroom is equipped with ceiling fan, wardrobe and mini bar. The room also has the toilet and outdoor shower, there are also a small dining table as well as a wide verandah overlooking the tranquil view of thickly green jungle around the valley. The guests can absolutely have their morning or afternoon tea here while enjoying the nature. Stepping down some stair steps, there is a stone made table with several stone made chairs surrounding it, this table is placed right under a shady tree that keeps it cool under the sunny bright sun shine. This second deck building also has the second story part that is functioned as a villa small lounge that absolutely overlooking to the magnificent view of the valley. Stepping out from the second building there is another one bedroom building that has a double bed and a dining table, this fourth bedroom is having many windows around the bed that ensure the air circulation very well maintained, that makes the room cool during the summer day even only with the ceiling fan and no AC in the room. Moving several steps down from this bedroom, there is a big building called wantilan, this property has two huge rooms, with double bed, indoor bathrooms and showers, a very wide living and dining area right in front of the jungle valley. This wantilan building also has a small kitchen with its own dining area on the left side of the building. Therefore the wantilan has two dining areas that can be used by the guests. They can either dine in the dining area directly facing the valley or choosing the dining area that is in front of the kitchen facing the small garden next to the kitchen area.
