1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with King size bed, queen sleeper sofa, tennis courts views

FURNISHED newly remodeled 1 BD/1.5 BA condo with great lanai view of the tennis courts. Unit # 654 is located on the ground floor in the Balboa Bldg within the luxurious La Costa Resort.

New carpet, saltillo tile floors, new kitchen with full size appliances (including dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser), new kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, a corner desk with computer and printer, WiFi, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, VCR, DVD's, books and games. The bedroom is partitioned from the living room and includes a California King size bed and plenty of dresser space. An additional double size inflatable mattress (with electric pump) is available to accomodate the 3rd & 4th guests, if needed.

This porperty has all the amenities you can imagine. A private community pool and BBQ area is available. Secured access to the underground parking (1 space provided). Washer and dryers are also available on parking level. Games, DVD's and books are provided.

Guests may use the public facilities of La Costa Resort. There are beautiful gardens and lush landscaping, world class spa, ballroom, conference rooms, 2 professional golf courses, tennis courts, (clay courts available), lots of restaurants and shops within the resort.

Kid Friendly. (1) Small dog under 20 lb may be considered. Crib available upon request. Non-smoking guests only please.

You'll love Carlsbad and La Costa Resort. This condo is NOT part of the La Costa Resort, but is a private condo community located within the resort grounds.

I live in Carlsbad with my daughters and grandkids close by. I'm so lucky to enjoy my family and friends and have a getaway condo at my disposal. You'll love the resort restaurant and grounds. It's like living in a paradise and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

I liked the fact that the condo resides within La Costa Resort. It's also located on the ground floor and a large lanai that faces the tennis courts rather than the street.

Most of my guests love the fact that the parking is underground (cool) and secured. They also mention the condo is 'so clean' :)

What makes this condo unique

La Costa Resort is approx 4 miles from Carlbad beach and home to many professional tennis and golf tournaments. This unit has all new appliances, new carpet and tile floors and has been completely rennovated in May/June 2012. The secured parking underground parking is a plus.

This condo is minutes from sandy beaches, lots of restaurant choices and 10 minutes from Legoland which recently opened a complete water park. There is a separate area for small kids, as well as an area for older kids and adults. Great fun! Also only 10 minutes from Carlsbad Outlets, 30 min from the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Gas Lamp. Just a few miles down the 5 fwy is Old Town which hosts tons of mexican restaurants and great shops. The Del Mar race track is about 20 minutes south of La Costa Resort.
