This apartment, 35 sq.metres (380 SqFt.), sleeps 3 and it's ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center, roads and hotels but at the same time looking for an accommodation in the heart of Rome within walking distance from the main sites. It has a bedroom with double bed cm. 160X190 (5ft 24in X 6ft 23in) and large wardrobe, living room with single folding bed cm. 80X190 (2ft 60in X 6ft 23in), fully furnished kitchenette with fridge, terrace with table and chairs and a full bathroom with shower. Fully equipped with air conditioning, high speed Internet, telephone with free local calls and flat screen TV, the apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome.

Flatinrome Trevi is a small, cosy apartment on the 5th and last floor with elevator (very rare in the historical centre) with a wonderful small terrace with a view on the 'Quirinale' the residence of the President of Italian Republic

    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 Euros per person (each change) .

    Cancellation Policy:
    The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
    OTHERWISE :

    * If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
    * If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
    * If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
