This house belongs to a 3 unit gated property and has its own swimming pool with solar terrace and lounge chairs. There´s 3 double and 1 single bedrooms, so there´s sleeping space for 7 persons. The comfortable living room is equiped with a big flat screen TV, SAT, and the kitchen is also fully equipped. The parket floor gives an extra elegant touch to the appearance of the tastefully decorated house. Attached to the master bedroom there´s a terrace with view to the swimming pool.

Here you can make long walks and discover some of the best fish restaurants. The bustling tourist area of Cala d'Or with its shops, bars and restaurants is also just a few miles away. And golf lovers will find the Vall d'Or golf field just 4 kilometres.
