Photos and Description of the Gold Canyon vacation townhome rental

This is the rental you want. You are on the golf course, near the heated pool and hot tub and you have a perfect view of Dinosaur and Superstition Mountains. This lovely decorated 1850 square foot townhome is in a gated community. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths. The home has a separate laundry room and an attached two car garage. Your covered patio faces hole 3 of Sidewinder Golf Course.

The furniture in the great room reclines so you can lay back and enjoy the large screen, high definition TV. Comes with a DVD/VCR.

The floorplan is open allowing you to carry on a conversation while you are preparing meals in the kitchen, which is fully stocked. There are bar stools and a dining area for sit down meals.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of drawer space and a walk-in master closet. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a large tub with double sinks in the vanity.

The guest bedrooms are on the other side of the home. One has a queen bed and the other has a futon which doubles as an office with desk. There is WiFi in the home.

There is a gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy your meals outside. Not unusual to watch a group of deer graze on the golf course.

Gold Canyon is home to the No. 1 rated public golf course, Dinosaur Mountain. There are several restaurants in Gold Canyon, along with a Grocery store, drug store, and many other service establishments. You are only 40 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 20 minutes from Gateway Airport.
