Interior designed country home on own grounds of 1 acre. Large south facing deck and fully fenced lawns. For summer guests the property is fully equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ, hose, trampoline, full sized all weather table tennis. For winter guests, enjoy nights by the open fire (wood supplied), an extensive DVD collection to be enjoyed on the flat screen TV & a game of pool. 3 double bedrooms downstairs, master with wetroom style ensuite with power shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Main family bathroom includes wetroom style waterfall shower, double jacuzzi bath, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. 1/2 additional rooms upstairs with shower ensuite can be used for sleeping or living with flexible bed configuration. All bedrooms are furnished with luxury carpeting and drapes. Master bedroom is especially large with double doors opening onto deck for alfresco breakfasts. Superb kitchen with extra large dining table leading to sun room. Utility room. Parking.

Ballyeden is a tranquil townland near the villages of Camolin and Ferns just 4 km off the N11 motorway in North County Wexford. This stunning country residence on the former grounds of Ballyeden House, an 18th century farmhouse. Further up the country lane is Ballymore Historic Features, a working farm with museum, picture gallery, farm display, 1798 Rebellion exhibition and tea room. Within a 10 minute drive you will find the Horse Riding and Trekking Centre in Ballycanew, Shule Deer Farm and Ferns Castle. Within a 15 minute drive you will find Gorey, a good sized town with indoor shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Within 20 minutes there are a number of sandy, secluded beaches and four golf courses. For a unique dining experience try Papa Rhodes in Ballycanew. For kids spend the day at the Courtown amusements and swimming complex. Great shopping in the Bridgewater Centre, Arklow and the historic town of Wexford. 90 minutes from Dublin, 40 minutes from Rosslare.

Extensive collection of DVD's, CD's, Videos, Books and Games provided. Pool table available on request. Personal check in and walk through service included. All guests will be greeted with basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up liquid, washing powder. Additional provisions can be bought in on request.
