This luxury villa offers 4 bedrooms. On the 1st floor. A king size master bedroom with en suite and balcony overlooking the pool. 1 twin with balcony overlooking the pool and a further twin bedroom with a large outdoor terrace. These share the family bathroom situated on the first floor. On the ground floor there is another twin bedroom, large open plan lounge diner, reception area, fully equipped 'wet room' with full disabled access. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and many other home comforts. The large garage hosts the laundry area with access to the back of the villa for drying. The villa has full disabled access with ramps to the pool terrace. The pool is graduated in depth. The gardens are established with beautiful palms and oleanders, making this a very pretty, secluded villa.

Son Parc is a small quiet resort, situated on the north of the island. It is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and the beautiful Port of Mahon. The picturesque beach is a short stroll away and the resort is home to Menorca's only golf course. There are a few shops and supermarkets in Son Parc along with bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. The island has many exciting places to explore, beaches, caves and of course the gin factory. A local bus service operates into fornells and mahon. There are regular craft markets and plenty of activities to keep any tourist happy.

Villa position (half way along the north coast) provides easy access to explore Menorca, Fornells fishing village with numerous bars/restaurants is 10 minutes drive, Fornells also provides all water sports including sailing, diving, windsurfing.
