30 seconds to George Street which by day is 'retail heaven' and by night home to trendy bars and restaurants.

Ideal location for cinemas, theatres, art galleries & museums. Very close to all bus, train & airport links.

Three bedrooms, can be super king or twin. Two bedrooms are en suite, third bedroom is next to family bathroom. We have two Z-beds, travel cot, high chair & toys available.

Comfortable, attractive lounge with brown leather corner sofa, 42' wall mounted TV, freeview + (CD & DVD) + surround sound. Dining table & chairs. Fabulous fully equipped kitchen including hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, microwave etc.

Superb - in every way!

Just back from a wonderful weekend in this beautiful apartment. Could not recommend highly enough! Perfect location with beautiful views of the castle and so central - can walk everywhere!
Prior to arriving Pat was extremely friendly and helpful. All correspondence was speedy and detailed, including directions and an inventory so we knew what we didn't need to bring - perfect when only bringing hand luggage! Pat was also very accommodating - no complaints when our deposit was a bit late (sorry!) - and both a late departure and a late check out were accommodated at no extra cost.
The apartment itself is wonderful - very spacious and clean. We were staying as 3 couples and there was plenty of room for us all - as I see a lot of others who have stayed here have done before we also ended up just staying in on the Friday night with takeaway and it was perfect (the information pack with details of good restaurants nearby must get well used)! There was a wonderful welcome package for us on arrival which was greatly appreciated - bread, milk, tea, cereal, even wine and beer! The wifi and music speakers for ipod/phone were fantastic and the heat very easy to control - we were very comfortable and warm the whole time.
Overall we had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to stay again should we come back. For location, comfort and style this place can not be beaten. Would highly recommend - thanks very much Pat!

Excellent Apartment, Fantastic Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, its central location is great, with lots of Bars, Restaurants and Shopping only minutes away.
The owners leave a welcome package on arrival (tea, milk, bread, butter etc..) which is great!
On both occasions we got a Tescos delivery to the apartment on the day of our arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will ever need, should you wish to cook instead of eating out.
All of the rooms are spacious, have their own bathroom and are spotlessly clean.
The living area has a large TV, DVD player and music system , with a selection of movies, music and books, should you wish to chill out after a day of sightseeing.
The WIFI is definitely a bonus!

We had another thoroughly enjoyably stay in this apartment and will definitely be back in the future!

Great apartment - now been 5 times in 5 years

We have now stayed here 5 times as a family and have never been disappointed. It is perfectly situated in the centre of Edinburgh for all the main attractions and within easy walking distance of hundreds of good restaurants and bars. It has everything you would need for a short stay. Customer service is excellent and the flat has been spotless every time. Have recommended the apartment to our friends and family and will use again.

Fabulous city centre apartment - great value!

What a fantastic place to stay in Edinburgh! Really central (great view of the castle from the street outside the apartment) and perfect for sightseeing. There were 8 of us staying on a girl's weekend and there was plenty of room for us all. There's a lovely big sofa and chairs that we could lounge on while everyone was getting ready. The camp beds for the extra two were very comfortable as were the twin beds in the bedrooms. The apartment is nice and clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of glasses, mugs, cutlery and dishes, and even some wine in the fridge for us on our arrival, along with bread and provisions (and even hair straighteners!). There are plenty of spare keys and a key safe at the front door if people are coming and going at different times. Pat is extremely helpful, very happy to answer any questions and made the whole experience very easy. Thanks again Pat for making our weekend in Edinburgh special!

Just enjoyed a fabulous weekend with the girls. The accommodation lived up to expectations. Great location and facilities. Absolutely spotless. Can't fault it in anyway! Edinburgh is a beautiful city and didn't disappoint. The Dome had the most impressive Xmas decs I've seen and a great place for pre dinner drinks. Everywhere was within walking distance including the train station.Especially grateful to Pat who posted some clothing to me that I'd managed to leave behind despite the last minute room check. Highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks Pat

We are situated only one minute from world famous Princes Street where the Airport bus stops. 30 seconds from George Street, which hosts numerous up-market bars, shops & restaurants.

Waverly & Haymarket Rail Stations are a ten minute walk away. Most local & national buses stop thirty seconds away on George Street. There are museums, art galleries, theatres & cinemas all within easy walking distance.

Other Activities: cinemas, museums, art galleries, tourist attractions.

Two railway stations Waverley & Haymarket both approximately a 10 minute walk away. Edinburgh's main bus station is only a 5 minute walk away.

Refundable damage deposit £100.00
Guests pay £100.00 to hold their dates then payment is normally split into two amounts first one 3 months before arrival with 2nd due 6 weeks before or cash on arrival for which a receipt is given.
Notes A £100 Security Deposit is payable per booking. This will be refunded as appropriate shortly after departure.

One night bookings incur a 50% surcharge as they involve the same cleaning and laundry as 2 or more nights.

Rugby, Christmas, New Year and special events prices vary - please apply for them.
