The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs and a lift.It is set amongst manicured gardens, paddling pools and a main swimming pool .it benefits from having a fitted kitchen Air conditioning 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms a large terrace and a spacious lounge.The complex has it's own security staff so that after a hard days sightseeing you can relax in peaceful surroundings on the terrace with a Pina Colada or take a dip in the small pool, very secluded and only a minute away. A nice cool apartment with comfortable good quality furniture you can relax in There are Shared pools around the complex with paddling pools and jacuzzi's. There are various bars and restaurants nearby as well as an Opencor supermarket and a mini market just round the corner. Cabopino Beach and Port are about 15 minute walk or less than 5 minutes in a car, there is a large car park to the rear of the beach.

Cabopino a 10 minute walk or 5 mins by car is very picturesque and relaxing, known as 'The hidden jewel of the Costa Del Sol ' with it's marina and lovely sandy beaches its perfect for couples and families. There is a varied choice of fine cuisine and you can enjoy a meal or drink in one of the restaurants overlooking the Marina. There are a nice selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and banks in Cabopino and nearby Calahond

  • Members of HM Forces..Special Rates.....£ 250 a week throughout the the year
  • Smoking is allowed on the terrace only please..The apartment is managed by a management company living on site.
    A telephone Number will be provided should you have any questions or queries during your stay.
    They hold the keys and will hand them over to you on your arrival.
    A change of bed linen can be provided during your stay at an extra cost.
  • * If you have a special request regarding the day of arrival or departure, the length of your stay, or possible special conditions for long term renting please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements. As a special service we can arrange transport to and from Malaga airport. The cost is 50 euros.
    * All prices are per week, not per person, and fully inclusive of electricity, utilities, air conditioning, local taxes, linen and towels and cleaning on departure.
    All bookings must be confirmed within 5 days of the initial request or the option will be automatically released.
    Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of £100 per week. Balance is payable in full not less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Should payment not be received at this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. A security deposit of £250 is required at the time of full payment against loss or non return of key and any damage or breakages.
