A spontaneous "low-key" trip to Las Vegas afforded me the opportunity to find this lovely, spacious home tucked away from view. The open kitchen and living room were great for entertaining and complete with utensils, plates, etc. The master bedroom and bath were also very spacious. Air-conditioning was very effective, which is a must in Vegas. Very easy check-in and departure. I had my dogs with me and they loved the backyard. The view of the Strip as you're exiting the complex is great. All in all, this was a terrific find!

We had a good stay at this property.
The house is clean and well maintained, and the owners try to help us the first day
as much as they could, even bringing us some grocery from the grocery store
to have the address on the ticket, and put it on the GPS. Very kind persons.
That said, you need to have a car as the property is at the edge of the city, in a very nice neighbourhood, but far from the centre. And nothing close is available, restaurants or grocery
store.
It is easy to park on the strip, as the casinos offer free valet parking , you just give a gratuity
when you pick up your car. So the car is not a problem downtown.
If you want a quiet stay and tour around Las Vegas to the Canyons etc, this property will suit you.

We stayed at this property for a week of business and working a trade show in Las Vegas. Very nice property with large rooms, giant kitchen, huge bar in the kitchen (9' X 8') - great for a spread out business desk. WiFi worked well. We used the BBQ grill on the patio a lot. Location looks like it's way out but the convention center was 15- 18 minute drive in the morning. Only concern was the mattresses. Needed to be changed and the owner told me they would up-grade. Weekly rate was well worth the money. Over all, a good VRBO stay.

Great house on cul-de-sac!

Planned a family reunion this year and went with this beautiful vacation home; didn't regret it for a second. The house is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac! The living room is massive and the kitchen area is great; huge island for the whole crew. Master bedroom had all the female guest who stayed raving about it! Huge room, big bed, massive closets and a great master bathroom to top it all off! Backyard is it's own nice little oasis that even came equipped with a grill. Well maintained and clean; clearly this house is well taken care of by the owners.

The owners are very easy to work with, extremely prompt in their responses and the transaction was seamless. My 3 night stay here was great and I highly recommend someone planning a trip to Vegas who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of staying on the strip to check in here!
