On the first floor of the villa is the ultra modern kitchen all finished off with polished granite tops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area which leads on to the light and airy lounge, with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. The master suite comes complete with private terrace, dressing area and an exquisite stone and marble finished en suite bathroom with separate toilet. Gran Villa San Pietro is located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol known as El Madronal. This location is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club which boasts, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis and a children's play area. LOCAL AREA Marbella Town Centre, supermarkets and the beach are all under a 15 minute drive. A five minute drive away is. San Pedro, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park, all close by. Ronda is a 20 minute drive with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breathtaking gorge while Gibraltar can be reached in only 45 minutes.
