When you're on holiday you want a sunny outdoor space and you don't get much more than this! Aside from the very generous screened pool & spa area, the villa has a 40' x 8' covered lanai if you need a little shade. Overhead is a matching balcony with views across the reserve to the rear. And the best bit - the pool area faces south-east, so you can have the sun from sunrise to sunset! Inside this villa has everything from granite surfaces in the kitchen & bathrooms to a luxury stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet so large that it can double-up as a bedroom for an infant (cot available at extra charge).

An absolutely gorgeous villa, finished to the highest of standards! The location is perfect for visiting all of Orlando's amazing attractions, with access to I-4 just minutes away, avoiding having to travel on US27 to get back to your villa, which can often be very busy. The estate in which the house is located is very upmarket and very well maintained.

Huge villa located on a good plot with no rear neighbours at all - except the wildlife! The pool faces south so gets the sun all day long for sun lovers like us! It also had plenty of furniture and a nice jacuzzi spa.

The 2 master suites have huge, comfy beds and the main master bathroom has a massive jacuzzi bath and a closet the size of a large bedroom back here in the UK. All the other bedrooms are very large with big closets and luxurious furniture.

The kitchen is fantastic with an island in the middle and all the gadgets and appliances you could ever need. Lovely dining and sitting room, with a huge lounge and a massive HDTV to unwind and relax in front of.

All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay here. We are regular Florida visitors, several times every year, and this villa, without a doubt is the best we have ever stayed in. Anyone staying in this villa is sure to enjoy their stay. Even if you don't venture out to enjoy Florida's great attractions, you could still enjoy the holiday of a lifetime by spending your whole vacation locked away in this stunning home!

CAN'T WAIT TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

I recently stayed at this luxurious property from November 19th-22nd & I cant wait to stay here again. This is truly a luxurious property with several amenities including: Heated Pool & Jacuzzi, Stainless Steel Apliances, & A huge master bedroom suite. The owner of this property really makes you feel at home & not like you're in a museum of priceless crystal riding a unicycle. (LOL) I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning on traveling to the Orlando area. We're currently planning a couples retreat for July & plan on staying at this property again.
