The villa is part of a 5 villa complex and has sea and mountain views, its own walled private garden area, with a pergola that provides both shade and a beautiful area for dining. There is a large common grassed garden with a 75sqm fully mosaic tiled swimming pool. Sunbeds are provided. Beside the pool there is a 16sqm roofed pergola with dining table and a natural stone BBQ a second stone BBQ is available at the pool area. Air-conditioning all rooms. Modern fully equipped kitchen with built-in washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, extractor and fridge/freezer. High quality furniture and fittings, leather settees, 42” flat screen LCD TV,Satellite TV, Local Greek TV, DVD player,CD/Radio Stereo with Ipod docking station. Bedroom 1 Queen size double bed Bedroom 2: Two single beds Bedroom 3: Queen size double bed. All bedrooms have balconies, 19” flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, beach towels. Balconies have a mosaic tables and chairs.

Aloni Grove in the village of Chorafakia on the Akrotiri peninsula is the perfect base to explore the island of Crete from and there are many places of interest within easy driving distance. The villa is located 20 minutes drive from Chania and 10 minutes from the airport. Chorafakia village is a beautiful unspoiled Cretan village that is populated all year round. The village has all the essential services you will need to make you stay more comfortable. There is a supermarket, a late night convenience store, 5 local restaurants, café, 2 hairdressers, a bakery, a church, a school a petrol station and a car hire company. There is a daily bus service to the centre of Chania. Tersanas beach is a 10minute walk; the beach is ideal for families. There is a small terverna with toilets and changing facilities with external shower. Kalathas beach is a 5 minute drive; the beach is much bigger and is suitable for everybody, it also has a great beach terverna.
