Saltsjöbaden is located in the beautiful archipelago on the coast of the Baltic Sea. Saltsjöbaden (literally 'the Salt Sea baths') was developed as a resort by Knut Agathon Wallenberg, a member of the wealthy and influential Wallenberg family, from farmland which he bought in 1891 through a newly created railway company. Saltsjöbaden is only 20 km (12 miles) from Stockholm, the country's capital. One of the world’s most beautiful capitals. Built on 14 islands around one of Europe’s largest and best-preserved medieval city centers, the Swedish capital is superbly positioned, with stunning and extremely varied scenery in every direction. Stockholm offers a wealth of museums, theaters, sights, attractions and events.

  • INCLUDED IN THE RENT:

    The house is rented fully-furnished and is well-equipped with all bed linen, kitchenware, detergents, etc. Usage of sheets and towels are also included as is water and electricity. There is also firewood to be used in the traditional stoves (depending on the season).


    DEPOSIT:
    A refundable deposit of EUR 225 is payable prior to your stay. This will be repaid upon your departure provided that nothing has been damaged.

    ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN FULL IN ADVANCE.

  • Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a King size bed and stunning views over the water. The second and third bedrooms both also sleep two adults comfortably in King and double size beds. All mattresses, pillows and bed linen are of a high-standard. There is also another house of 15 sq./m (160 sq./ft.) only a few meters away from the main entrance with a sofa that turns into a large double bed. There are no water facilities in this building, but there is electricity, heat, television, etc. A shower room/WC can be accessed without having to enter the main house. Baby sleeping cots can be arranged (please request when making the booking).

the property is in great location overlooking the lake. the house was clean very well maintained and beautifully furnished.the owners were very nice and provided all our needs.there are some nice restaurants near by. we had a great vacation and hope to stay agin in this house!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
