5 bedroom cottage overlooking quiet cul de sac bay in Muskoka

Muskoka cottage on a quiet bay with great views and a very unique level sports area that includes beach volleyball, full basketball court, grass play area, tramploline, paddle tennis, great deck overlooking Lily Pad Bay.

There is a sandy beach and a large dock to luxuriate on plus a floating dock to swim to (don't forget the white boat house to swim to about 250 meteres away that is compleltey protected from boats because it is a 'cul de sac' bay!)

Kids will love the frogs in the crick and making sand castles in the sun!

There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. We are a short ride to Port Carling where you can get fresh donuts and great farm fresh produce.

FYI, during the summer months, we do not rent it for weekends so please hold off on inquiries about weekends as we get lots of traffic and may not be able to answer back to you. Thanks!

We love our cottage and we think you will too!

We bought it 7 years ago and have enjoyed every moment of it.

We live in Toronto and love the fact that it is only 1:45 min away (when no traffic!)

Our 3 kids love coming up and reading all day or being active with the beach volleyball, paddle tennis and swimming. It is a good size cottage with fantastic views.

Bar-b-q-ing on the deck overlooking the water and having a cocktail are some of our favourite things to do. It is a quiet bay that has access to large Gloucester Pool, plus we are one lock away from Georgian Bay. We have a canoe and kayak that you are welcome too use.

While we are pretty easy going, we will expect that you will treat it as we treat it, with lots of love.

Why Sandy Martin chose Port Severn

Our family has had a cottage in this area for 60 years. So i grew up cottaging in this area and love how quiet it is yet the number of things there are to do.

If you are thinking about renting it in the winter, you might love it even more. There is great cross country skiing (and tobogganing) out the back and front door plus downhill skiing 25 minutes away at either Mt St. Louis or 10 minutes farther to Horseshoe valley.

What makes this cottage unique

There are great trees on our property so you never get wiped out by the sun (just move your acitivity to anpother area based on what is getting shade).While we spend the days outside in the sun, we also love watching DVD's with the kids at night.

As well, there are some great restaurants 10-15 minutes away if you want to splash out.

We expect a deposit of $1500.00 to confirm each week. Once confirmed, if you need to cancel within 3 weeks of the starting date, you lose the deposit.

I couldn't have asked for a nicer cottage and weekend. The cottage was beautiful and I took advantage of the basketball and volleyball net. The balcony and the view was amazing.
