The Villa has its own private entrance and garden, including a BBQ terrace. Accommodation has two double bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own bathroom, and a separate cottage with double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. An open plan lounge on the upper floor gives on to a dining and lounge terrace with stunning views over the Golf Course to the Caribbean Ocean. A fully fitted kitchen has every convenience for self catering. A housekeeper attends each weekday to do your cleaning and washing. The Villa has Sony flat screen Cable TV, all regions DVD player, high speed broadband wireless internet access, All in One printer, scanner, fax facility, an I-Pod dock, and a Radio/CD player. Guests have a choice of two pools. A salt water pool, and a regular pool at the Sanctuary within two minutes walk. A fully equipped fitness centre boasts the latest equipment, as well as a bar. In high season there is a 'Kidz Club', and a free shuttle to Mullins beach and Spa.

Mullins Beach nearby is reserved for Royal Westmoreland guests, and has a restaurant, sun beds and showers for your exclusive use. A Luxury spa is also at your disposal featuring the ultimate in pampered treatments. Some of the finest restaurants in the world are within ten minutes drive; The Cliff being the most famous, where you may dine with celebrities. The Lone Star has been called 'Langans by the Sea' and is right on the Beach. Great Plantation houses are within easy reach, such as St Nicholas Abbey and Sunbury House, well worth a visit. Ian Woosnam, Masters Champion, European Ryder Cup captain and resident at Royal Westmoreland, has described the 4 par 3's on the course as some of the best he has played anywhere in the world.

The Sanctuary: Situated near the Clubhouse, the Sanctuary has a pool, Jacuzzi and a gymnasium for the sport enthusiast

Tennis: Two floodlit tennis courts are available all year round and tennis coaching is also offered

What a fantastic place

We have just returned from two idyllic weeks at this property and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

The lovely housekeeper Genieveve was there to meet us (despite it being her day off and our flight being delayed) with a big smile and a fabulous supper of chicken salad and coconut pie. She then looked after us everyday, ensuring we didn't have to worry about a thing.

I took four books with me but didn't read any of them as there as it was just so easy to spend all day staring at the view from the balcony: golfers on the 10th tee, or the Caribbean sea.

The description of the property was spot on and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Even when the tumble drier stopped working Genieveve arranged for maintance to come and look at it, all without us being troubled.

The property sits on a lovely quiet spot of the resort yet is within walking distance of the club house, pools, spa and rum shack. Holetown is only five minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and bars right on the beach. And the famous Cliff restaurant is just fifteen minutes away.

We would highly recommend this property to friends and would dearly like to return very soon!
