This modern beach apartment combines design with simplicity, functionality and privileged location.

It is part of a small condominium with a nice swimming pool and garden.

The sandy beach of S. Pedro Estoril is only 800 meters way and the train station 400 meters way, which gives easy and quick access to the centre of Cascais and Lisbon.

The nearest beach is popular for surfing during the winter and swimming during the summer, with very good beach bars and fantastic food.

It offers easy access by foot to the village for restaurants, supermarket, post office, bank, taxis and pharmacy. Golf courses in this area are a major attraction for golfers with 9 of the best courses within reach. It is close to the Sintra Mountain Range and its National Park.

Nearby attractions include famous Estoril Casino.

Estoril Coast and Cascais: The Estoril Coast extends from the Atlantic Ocean and the Tagus river estuary in the south and west up to the northern boundary of the parish of Cascais.

Beaches on the Estoril Coast face south in a continuous line and are known for their calm waters and fine sand.

A wide range of wonderful experiences awaits the visitor to the Estoril Coast.

The coastal strip west of Lisbon has been called ‘Portugal’s Riviera’ and over the years it has became a playground and residential area for sophisticated Portuguese and expatriates.

Nowadays Estoril and Cascais, once little fishing villages, have all but merged together along the coast, fronted by a long promenade and a scattering of grand hotels.

Cascais has it all from small shops and roadside stalls offering typical embroidery and lace, to the high fashion and beauty boutiques of the centre.

Golf: The Estoril Coast has several golf courses, all with individual characteristics.

- Estoril -Overlooking Estoril, there is a superb panoramic view from the course towards the sea. The course itself is set among fragrant pine and mimosa trees. There are two courses, one with par 69, designed by Mckenzie Ross. The second course has 9 holes and par 34.

- Estoril Sol -The course is a 9 hole par 33 - designed by John Harris and Ron Fream and is a great test for the players skill.

- Penha Longa - The 18 hole, 72 par, 6.228 m long course was designed by Robert Trent Jones. In 1995 Penha Longa inaugurated a new nine hole course - Mosteiro.

- Quinta da Beloura- The golf course is of classic style with two par 3, two par 5 and five par 4 in each nine holes making a par total of 72.

-Quinta da Marinha course - 18 holes, par 72, 6.112 m long - is probably one of the best designed by Robert Trent Jones.

-Oitavos Golf is also set inside Quinta da Marinha.
