Quiet location in a classic villa environment, close to grocery shops, bakeries, etc. The villa is completely renovated in a modern design with both a Provencal and a Scandinavian touch. On the garden level; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and with its pool and garden. Private and undisturbed. Laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer, shower and WC. The first floor consists of a main entrance with living room with fantastic ceiling height, dining room and open kitchen fully equipped with gas and electric cook top, oven, dish washer and refrigerator and freezer. 1 bedroom with large bunk beds, 1 separate WC. A spacious terrace with outdoor dining area. The top floor has an open lounge area with a little TV, Internet , 1 master bedroom with private shower room and WC.

Pets are not allowed. No-smoking.

Damage deposit 2000€.

Mougins is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in south eastern France. It is located on the heights of Cannes, in the district of Grasse. Mougins is a 15 minute drive from Cannes. The village is surrounded by forests, such as the Valmasque forest. In the village there are pines, olives, and Cyprus trees.
