Brand new holiday complex featuring large 20m pool, children's pool, on-site kiosk and tennis court. Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment (non-smoking). Large double and twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Fully air-conditioned and heated throughout. Fitted kitchen complete with oven, grill, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar etc. Living area furnished to very high standard with comfortable 3 seater leather sofa-bed and matching 2 seater, 32' LG LCD TV, satellite, DVD player etc. Living area opens out onto large furnished balcony which is also accessed from the master bedroom - ideal for dining al-fresco on summer evenings.

The area is famous for some of the most spectacular beaches and clear turquoise waters in Cyprus. Kapparis is open all year round and is located between the cosmopolitan resort of Protaras and the traditional town of Paralimni. This charming coastal resort boasts an array of restaurants, tavernas, bars, sandy beaches and all year round facilities, all within a 10-15min walk. Perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. The local beaches provide shallow water ideal for children and the local Zoo boasts panoramic views over the ghost town of Famagusta. Within Paralimni there are lots of boutiques and shops to spend your days browsing and the market square with the fountain and sheltered children’s play area are ideal to take a break.

  • A deposit of £80 is required to hold the booking. The full balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £150 refundable security deposit to protect owner against damage and negligence. This deposit will be refunded within 1 week of return if the apartment is left in a satisfactory manner and all keys returned.

    Tennis racquets/balls are available for use during your stay in the apartment.
  • Normally the apartment cannot be entered before 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. However, we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible, depending on other bookings.

Perfect apartment for 4 grawn up people.

Kapparis is a perfect place for a holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfast we made ourselves every morning and we had it on our balcony in the morning sun. After that we went to the beach, a 20 min walk. It was a small beach with wonderful water. Lunch we had in the willlage or made it at home.
The afternoon we spent at the poolarea which was very nice, or we made a trip with our rented car.A car is necessary to reach other places. We found 2 real good supermarkets. One in Paralimni and the other on the way to Protaras. I did some fishing and caught at last 10 fishes so we could make a real good dinner.
The weather during our 2 weeks was fantastic 30 C all the time an 28 C in the sea. Finally one important thing.
The balcony was placed so you had shadow late aternoon and the evening and the poolarea had sun all day.
We would like to go back to this wonderful apartment.

4 retired from the northern part of Sweden.

This is the first time we have rented a property for our holidays and from now on this is the way we will be in the furture. From our first enquiry through to returning home was effortless and Commucation was really good.
The property was first class, well equiped and most of spotless. It was bright modern and well laid out. The complex was first class and talking to others they all had the same comments as us. We would recommend it to people who want to be away from the crowds and a car is advisable as is it is in area where only a few bars and shops but these suited all our needs. We will return to the above property next year which speaks volumes.

The apartment was as new, immaculate and exactly as described. It was spacious, the decor was extremely modern and do not have a bad word to say to be honest.

We went early September and the whole complex was extremely quiet, ideal for a quiet holiday. The most people we ever saw round the pool (which again was lovely!) was eight!

Marion, the owner provided excellent customer service an was quick to respond and extremely helpful with any queries I had.

I would definitely return there and have no hesitation in reccommending this apartment to anyone else

We stayed for 2 weeks and was over the moon with the apartment. The description was accurate and the property was better in the flesh.

We found the apartment to be immaculate and very well furnished with all the things you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent value for money!!!!

The development is big but was very quite and we had the pool to ourselves some days!!

Although Kapparis is relatively small and has limited restaurents etc we found that Protaras (5 min drive) was more than enough for us with loads of restaurants and bars and bustling evenings.

The local beach is lovely and perfect for the family.

I would recommend this to anyone and will be booking again soon!!!

Holiday in Cyprus of two italian boys

The apartment is really beautiful, in every single room (as you can see on the photos).

The weather was good, In Kapparis the sea is fantastic, the people are all so friendly (any italian, and so we spoke a lot english, as we wanted).
In ten day we visited a lot of places by the scooter.
Cyprus is a wonderful island, I hope to come back there in the future!

Bob, the person who checks the apartment, was nice and very useful for everything.
Marion, the owner, is really kind and gives me all the informations that I need.
