Modern, well maintained one bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lighting, fitted double wardrobes and a dressing table. The bathroom has a new suite with shower over bath, bathroom cabinet, hair dryer and hair straighteners. The washing machine is also housed in the bathroom. The kitchen / lounge area is divided by a breakfast bar. The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, toasty machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge has a sofa and armchair, coffee table and side table,a modern sideboard with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. You will find a number of DVDs and CDs there, but please feel free to bring your own. The terrace area has a patio suite for 'al-fresco' dining, a sun lounger and outside lighting.

The property is located in Playa Bastian, a tranquil complex which is ideal for all age groups and has three swimming pools, a children's pool, a sun bathing terrace and a pool bar which serves snacks. The local area is well served with amenities such as excellent restaurants, two supermarkets and car rental facilities. The local beach is just 300 m. away, which is reached by a private service road and leads to a promenade that follows the coastline to the town centre - approximately a 20 minute stroll. The town centre has a wealth of restaurants which are of a high standard. Las Cucharas beach has several windsurfing schools, and there is also a scuba diving school near Playa Bastian. Fishing is a popular local sport..A market is held in the market square on a friday evening. A golf course and aqua park is within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. The bus service is very reliable and the fares reasonable.
