The property is developed on 3 floors; ground floor is composed by a kitchen, a bathroom and by a living room; on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms both with independent balcony, one single bedroom and a bathroom; on the third floor there is a double bedroom with an independent shower and a sink. There is a solarium on the roof. The property has is own garden and parking space for 1 car; additional parking places could be requested if needed.

The house is located in the small village of Paraggi (between Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino), very close to the world-famous Paraggi's bay and it's beach (about 30 meters). Santa Margherita and Portofino can be easily reached by walk or by bus and moreover in Rapallo (about 15 minutes by car) there is a golf course (). Paraggi and S. Margherita are well connected both with Genova (40 minutes) and Milan (2 hours) by several trains (ask us for details). Genova has direct flights (EasyJet, RyanAir) to London. Cinque terre is 40km far (40 minutes by car/train) Due to it's position Paraggi can be considered a strategic place in the middle of Tigullio gulf.
