The house has been superbly refurbished and equipped to a very high standard, you will marvel at the scale of the accommodation arranged over 3 floors. Perfect for a family holiday or reunion with friends. As you enter St Audrys House you will find a large comfortable drawing room, an elegant dining room, a play room for the children, and a huge open-plan kitchen with breakfast area + second dining table and chairs. Leading off the breakfast area is a spacious family room with sofa bed (making a +2), SKY TV + DVD/Video player and further comfy seating. As you ascend the staircase to the first floor there is a charming window seat, the perfect spot for reading or relaxing as the sun pours in. On the first floor there is a luxurious master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom & dressing room and 3 further large bedrooms. A further 5 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

The property is on the edge of St Audrys private golf course with golf course views from 4 of the bedrooms. Woodbridge is a market town of considerable character on the west bank of the River Deben. The picturesque streets are lined with historic and interesting buildings. Many individual shops, boutiques and art galleries all draw in visitors along with the independent cinema, restaurants and traditional public houses which serve the local Adnams ale.
